Cancellation by Customer:

  • Orders can only be canceled prior to dispatch. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately through our customer service channels.
  • Upon cancellation before dispatch, fear not! We will initiate the refund process within 24-72 hours.

 

Cancellation by Insuzo:

  • Despite our efforts to maintain accurate inventory levels, there may be circumstances where we have to cancel an order.
  • Insuzo reserves the right to inform you via telephone, email, or mobile text about any shortfall in the quantity you ordered of any item.
  • In such cases, we may choose to either supply you with less than the quantity you ordered or cancel your order, with prior notice to you.
  • If your order is canceled by Insuzo, we will initiate the refund process promptly.
