Type	Manual operated to uniformly increase the output voltage between 0 to 50 KV 'or' 60KV 'or' 70 KV 'or' 75 KV 'or' 80 KV 'or' 90 KV 'or' 100 KV 'or' 120KV with the help of continuously variable Autotransformer.
Input	230/240V AC 50 Hz single phase AC supply.
Output	0-50 KV 'or' 60KV 'or' 70 KV 'or 75 KV 'or 80 KV 'or' 90 KV 'or' 100 KV 'or' 120KV with center tap earthed infinitely variable. (For Example the output shall be 50kV for a 50kV Oil Test Set, the output shall be 60kV for a 60kV Oil test Set, so on and so forth)

Max. generated test voltage	a) Between transformer	50KV 'or' 60 KV 'or' 70 KV 'or' 75 KV 'or' 80 KV 'or 90 KV 'or' 100 KV 'or' 120 KV Rms. (For Example the Maximum terminals generated test voltage between transformer terminals shall be 50kV for a 50KV Oil Test Set and shall be 60kV for a 60KV Oil Test Set, so on and so forth)

Indication	Mains ON and HT ON indicating NEON Lamps. Red lamp.
Metering	Volt meter panel meter marked 0-50KV 'OR' 0-60KV 60 KV 'or' 70 KV 'or' 75 KV 'or' 80 KV 'or' 90 KV 'or' 100 KV 'or' 120 KV should indicate the applied voltage to liquid dielectric and also have memory effect. For example in a 60kV Oil Test Set the Voltmeter range shall be 60kV, so on and so forth
Auxiliaries	The unit will have necessary switches, fuses indicating lamps, push button operated contactor, etc. for efficient operation of unit
INTERLOCKING	1) Zero start interlocking
	2) HT chamber door interlocking
SAFETY MEASURES	1) Zero interlocking arrangement before energizing HT transformer after each test
	2) A transparent protective hood on the test cup with a interlocking micro switch for operator safety so that the HV transformers cannot be energized or remain energized when the transparent protective hood is opened.
Test Cell	Methyl Methacrylate cell having effective volume between 300 to 500 ml.
Electrodes	Brass polished spherical electrodes Diameter mounted on a horizontal axis which can be set to a gap of 2.5 mm. Or 4mm.
Transformer	Resin encapsulated HT transformer
Construction	Naturally air cooled. Portable sheet metal casting. Provided with handles consisting of control section and HT transformer in single cubicles.
